People should have food.

Madison Grocery Share was created as a mutual aid effort connecting Madison neighbors who lost SNAP benefits with those who could help with grocery costs.

We’re not a food pantry — just neighbors helping neighbors — and we deeply respect the incredible work Dane County’s food pantries do. Please keep supporting them, too.

We're not a formal organization. Just some neighbors who think people should have food to eat.

This group complements, not replaces, the incredible work of local food pantries.

We were built on community feedback and collaboration. Have ideas to make it better? Email us!
